Assistencia Labs provides KineticFlow, an AI-native physiotherapy clinic management platform that includes KineticFlow Care (for clinicians) and KineticFlow Client (for patients), with features such as voice-led documentation, AI-assisted planning, and video-based exercise engagement. We may offer or announce other AI-enabled products; this policy describes how we handle information on our marketing website and forms regardless of product. This policy applies to personal data we process as a data controller through our marketing website, contact and lead-capture forms, and related communications.

When clinics use KineticFlow to manage their practice, they typically act as the data controller for patient and staff information, and Assistencia processes such data as a processor in line with our agreements with those customers and Article 28 GDPR. In-product use may involve processing of voice audio, video, images, and text to power AI-enabled workflows subject to those agreements. This policy does not replace those agreements or any clinic-specific privacy notices patients receive from their care provider.

We may collect: identifiers and contact details (such as name, email address, phone number, clinic name, and professional role) when you submit forms, request a demo, sign up for updates, or correspond with us.

Technical and usage data when you browse our site, such as IP address, device and browser type, general location derived from IP, pages viewed, and referring URLs. We may use cookies and similar technologies as described below.

If you apply for a role or partner with us, we may collect additional information you choose to provide.

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide demos and trials, operate and improve our website, send transactional or service-related messages, analyze aggregate usage trends, secure our services, comply with law, and enforce our terms.
