- How does KineticFlow help between visits?
- The Rehab Co-Pilot scores adherence risk from signals like missed sessions, engagement decay, decline against the patient’s own baseline, and rising pain, and surfaces it as live risk chips and a pre-visit brief. You reach at-risk patients with one-tap WhatsApp check-ins, and an effectiveness loop measures which nudge actually re-engaged them—at your clinic.
- Is the adherence-risk score a black box?
- No. It is explainable by design—built from named factors with capped weights that sum to 100, not an opaque predictive model. Every flag shows its reasons and their weights, which is what makes it defensible under EU/MDR-style scrutiny and trustworthy to clinicians.
- Do patients need to install an app?
- No. Reminders and check-ins are delivered as approved WhatsApp templates, so patients tap once to mark done or flag pain without installing anything. The KineticFlow Client app is available for patients who want the fuller experience, but it is not required for adherence data to be captured.
- What does “AI-native” mean?
- Our products are designed around AI from the start—multimodal capture, assistive drafting, and intelligent nudges are part of the default experience. Licensed professionals and operators remain responsible for approvals, clinical decisions, and what is sent to patients or third parties.
- Which products are available vs planned?
- KineticFlow is available. Other industry products and some platform capabilities are planned or in research—each listing on our Products page is labeled with its status.
- Does Assistencia Labs provide medical advice?
- No. AI features assist with documentation, planning, and engagement; they do not diagnose or prescribe. Clinical decisions remain with licensed professionals and their organizations.
- What does “human-in-the-loop” mean for AI features?
- AI drafts plans, case sheet content, and engagement suggestions from voice, video, and structured data—but therapists and staff review, edit, and approve before clinical records are finalized or patients receive instructions.
- Where does Assistencia Labs operate and bill?
- We market with Europe-first framing and EUR pricing for European practices where stated. Legal terms are governed by EU and applicable member-state law as described in our Terms.
- How do trials and billing work?
- We offer trials as described on our website and at signup. Paid plans and taxes follow the checkout flow and Terms, including processor terms when you pay.
